We made installing Watchdog as simple as possible. Once you've started your subscription with us, you'll receive an email from us with a link to download the Watchdog installer. Simply download the installer and the installer will take you through the process of downloading Watchdog.
Once Watchdog has finished installing, you can continue to use your computer as normal, knowing that Watchdog is taking care of things in the background.
To get the most out of Watchdog's Enterprise Security, first uninstall any existing anti-virus or internet security software you might have. Then, Watchdog will automatically take care of any viruses that may creep up.
Your subscription with Watchdog is for the provision of services described on our website on a 'monthly in advance' basis. Your subscription is collected monthly following the first free month and will continue until you cancel your contract.
We understand the concerns surrounding fraudulent tech support calls. That's why with Watchdog IT Support, we've implemented a solution for verification. If one of our technicians contacts you, they'll read out your unique Machine ID, a step that is taken during installation.
Your Machine ID is used to identify who you are and which service you are subscribed to. We also use it to identify ourselves if we have to call you to solve an issue that Watchdog cannot solve and alerts our technicians.
It is already enabled for you, if one of our technicians needs to connect to your computer, they'll call you and get your consent before they login, providing your Machine ID as a verification method.
If you wish to opt out of remote support, contact us and we will remove you from that service. If you opt out of remote support and find yourself needing it, it will be an additional charge every time a technician logs in.
If you wish to remove Watchdog, contact us and we will help cancel your subscription and remove Watchdog from your computer.
